Development jobs are also affected by the economy, so the number of screenings and hiring is much lower than last year. In the end, the winner is the one who can get the job when the time comes, so I think I need to be more consistent.

Document screening & competency testing

As with other companies, there was nothing unusual about the documents, but the competency test, which is similar to financial recruitment, was unusual.

I thought I answered everything normally, but I was worried because (Caution) appeared, but there was no problem with the cam or microphone, so I submitted it as it was,

I was able to pass without any problems. If I had more time, I would have checked the competency check one more time.

Coding test

The difficulty level and question types reminded me of coding tests in finance. Overall, the difficulty level was average, and SQL was similar.

I passed and got a chance to interview at Asiana IDT!

Final Interview

I picked up my interviewer's visitor's pass at the entrance of the building and went to the interview, which was similar to the other reviews I had read in preparation.

I wasn't expecting to play a big role in the discussion interview, but I thought it was a process to screen out people with communication problems.

In the personality interview, I was asked questions based on a combination of documents, coding test results, etc.

• I don't think there are many people like this when applying for a job, but I thought that people who haven't researched the company enough might have difficulty with the questions.

• I realized that the company was thinking about the direction of the company's development by asking interviewees for their opinions.

End result.

I thought I answered better than usual in the interview, but I managed to get the job despite the high competition!

Impressions

When entering the IT industry, many people have a vague fear of SI/SM because of all the stories they hear, and that's exactly what I did.

However, I think that most of the domestic IT industry is centered on SI/SM, not IT services, and if you overlook this, you may make irrational choices.

As the job market is not the same as it used to be, I think it is time to have the sense to consider what is the best option you can do now rather than going for too narrow a goal, and if you keep this in mind, you will get good results!
